Step 1. Download clear call pc to phone dialer from http://www.s60calls.com/PCtoPhone.msi & install it on your computer.
Step 2. Purchase Clear Call user account/ time. To purchase user account/ time, please contact our reseller/ agent, net cafe in your area or contact us at clearcall@hotmail.com or sales.clearcall@gmail.com
Step 3. Making your first Clear Call: Login to pc to phone dialer login page by enter user account & password. Enter your international telephone number with out 00 to dial and click on dial button to make your call.

DO NOT add 00 or + prefix to the front of the number
